  There is no Secure-A-Spot keypad for entry of the pin code provided by the Secure Parking website. I took a ticket to get in, and had to speak to a parking attendant to clarify I had booked it online.

  The parking inside is often double and triple parked. The parking attendant even asked if she could keep my keys so she could move my car in case other customers couldn't get out. I declined.

  I have given it 2 stars instead of 1 purely on the basis that my lowered (very low) vehicle cleared all of the speed bumps and ramp angles in the car park. Despite being tight, this car park will suit a modified or lowered car owner.

  Be aware, car park is NOT on Eagle St despite the name! You need to turn onto Charlotte St, then down Market St (one way) to find the entrance to the car park. Once you arrive, the sign stating "10 Eagle St" is not visible from the street.

  Poorly signed. Beware apparently this carpark closes at 10pm but there are absolutely no signs. When we tried to get our car at 11:30pm had to call Wilsons. The phone operator was very pleasant but the carpark attendant never turned up after a 30 min. We had to cab home and pick up car next day. Looking forward to arguing with Wilson's to refund parking fee!!!
