    Secure CarvPark uses POOR equipment when you enter and exit this car park. They use iPads and the number is not easily entered if you prebook. As it gets greasy with people fingers so when you enter your code it's not easily accepted. I had 3 terrible experiences and cars backed up behind me. Really nerve racking. Customer service is a call centre and hard understand them. It's easier to pay at ticket machine but this more expensive. Premium rates for parking so you might be shocked of the cost.

    Poor customer service via email. Have to send multiple continual follow ups or they ignore/foget about you.

    Was shocked today at my 2hr parking cost of $73.39 disgusting pricing for 2hrs parking. First time parking in the city in 8yrs. Never again. Rip off

    Disgustingly overpriced! Brisbane has the most expensive car parking in the world but the parking at Queens Plaza goes over and above on the expensive parking scale. Never parking there again! Money grabbers
