  Booking a spot online doesn't guarantee you a spot. Booked on Thursday for Saturday, got in on Saturday to be told they were overbooked and I had to leave my keys. Sorry - if I pre-pay for a spot there should be a spot waiting for me. Very disappointed.

  The phone customer staff are rude, useless and absolutely unaware of their own published pricing or policies. The company should know their phone operators are an utter embarrassment to say the least.

  Yes, you can change your booking date and entry time, however you cannot change the duration of your booking or booking exit time. Changes to your booking must be made more than 60 minutes before the booking start time.

  Absolutely a Joke. I used this service two times. The first time you book on line and the system book for totally a different time. The second time they closed my car inside at 10pm and I had to pay $125 to take it out! I wrote few email and no one replied. Absolutely the worst service ever!
