  I've been using this car park for more than 4 years and spent few thousand dollars. The car park itself is okay but after changing of the management from the Secure Parking to the Care Park, I feel very uncomfortable as the company is only looking at a closest revenues with the shittest customer servicing. For doing a business I can understand about all the financial situations and decisions they are making but when customers are complaining or asking on something they are not happy or incomprehensive, they should be responding to it with at least a reasonable explanation, yet they are not taking customers' voices seriously and sending back a sentence something almost likely "we did what we do". I was very impressed by existence of this level of customer servicing in 2016. I miss the old Secure Parking Festival but good bye and I am off to the other Secure Parking facilities.

  it's a carpark; clean and tidy but several prices increases over the past 9 months; cheaper parking elsewhere however very handy location

  $49 for 1 hour 10 minute parking then a 3% surcharge on a debit card to pay !!
