  Very poor service and unfriendly staff. Had communication barrier with them and they did not understand our order. Snatched my loyalty card and threw it back at me when staff was done with it. Made us wait for 45 minutes for my bingsu and when we asked the staff for the long waiting time, they said to wait for another 15 minutes despite having no additional customers/orders. No idea why we had to wait for 1 hour just for it. Does it take that long to just shave some ice and add some toppings on it??

  Waited 15min for order was told the staff member hadn't taken it correctly. Paid for the self serve. Questioned why price was so cheap then reconfirmed they had our order correct. Waited 20min more and was ignored by front staff every time I asked how long. Asked manager he said he knew nothing about my order 1 hour latter still walk out empty handed!!!!

  Really like the bingsoo. Shop is kind of small though and there is a bit of a language barrier - staff don't understand english that well.

  Very nice bingsu that's well worth the price. However the place is quite small and there're only a few tables. Might need to wait awhile before getting a seat.

  I am absolutely appalled. Disappointed. Disgusted. I was ready to pay for my frozen yogurt when my card declined due to a malfunction from one of the machines my card had been in from my bank. Therefore, I called the bank and it took around 40 mins to an hours in order to fix. I was doing the right thing in paying for my yogurt and was eager to eat it. In this time I was treated horribly by one man in particular who death starred me and rudely suggest my friend should pay to hurry up the process. I was as annoyed as he was that this had happened but it was out of my reach and I tried everything in my power to fix it. I even explained the situation and he bluntly disregarded me. I have never been so upset by an employers hospitality. I even apologised on behalf of my bank but he still continued to treat me disrespectfully. By then my friend and I felt so uncomfortable by his behaviour that we got up and left. He than ran out swore at me and my friend and spoke in another language aggressively. I will not be coming back again. Terrible. Unfriendly. Rude.
