  The staff obviously didn't want to be there, our beef patties were burnt, I had practically 3 strands of lettuce in my burger with what seemed like a cup of mustard and 9 pickles, to top it off, my sundae was 60% icecream and 40% fudge, I love my fudge but that was way too much!!

  The service speed is as good as you can expect in such a busy location, though the quality is a let down. There was a period where they actually made the meals looking really great, but now they are just slopped together. My orders would constantly get delayed because "someone forgot to cook something". It feels like the staff don't enjoy working there and don't how they do their job. Today I saw a staff member refilling the straw dispensers and they were just chucking straw in them and there were straws just poking out everywhere and they didn't even bother do clean that up. On top of that, there's only one bin available which is always full whenever I'm there and there's rubbish put on top and around of it because of it. I realise that there is a huge number of customers at times and the staff may be under stress, but when you see them moving so slowly and miserable then it becomes a problem. I'm not going to make any more purchases here until I see some improvements. McDonalds is meant to be a happy place but this one just feels dead.

  I order Uber eats at 12pm today 15th October and it took 40 minuets to get to me, everything was cold and rubbery the fries were half full and soggy. I had no monopoly stickers on my fries and was given no contingency cards. No straws no napkins. Worst McDonalds I’ve gotten food from.

  Absolutely not impressed. Ordered one wrap and they were not busy. The guy at the register didn’t have any interest on customers. Supervisor asked about it after everyone after me got their order. Staff said they forgot about it. I COULD HEAR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! And I COULD SEE YOU GUYS BUSY TALKING!!!!! Came here nearly everyday but will never come back for this. It used to be much better. So sad....
