    It would be lovely if there was a proper lounge to be comfortable , even in the travel center while waiting for transport , as some people have to wait for several hours ...

    Been twice. First time buggered up my order. Had to go all the way back. Not even a free drink. Second time they got my order correct but the egg and bacon muffin was hard and tasted it had been sitting a long time. Never again

    Nobody likes to wait 15 minutes for their order while they're the only customer. Still not sure what went wrong, but they were sorry about the wait so I guess it's okay.

    Customer service at this place is always poor, like they are doing you a favour by taking your order. Get the distinct impression no one likes working here.

    Staff is friendly but the manager always puts up a not-amused expression. For a transit center the line is too long and poorly managed, the food preparation is alright but time management needs work. Drinks are limited and cannot be carried in a bag etc onto transport.
