  I lived in Unilodge Sydney for a total of 5 months. I originally signed up for a twelve-month lease and pre-paid. The location was great - close to Central, the bus station, Sydney Uni, and Broadway shopping center. The room (medium loft) was much smaller than advertised online (as an International student I was unable to visit in-person) and after looking around later, I realized that it is extremely overpriced. The service desk is hit or miss - sometimes the person there is nice and quite helpful, other times the person is the least helpful and most rude on the planet. At least one elevator is almost always out of service or has a funny smell, and walking through it just looks pretty dirty. There was an electrical fire there that the staff handled absolutely terribly. The reason my lease was terminated was due to the damage from that fire (which happened in a completely separate part of the building) and Unilodge didn't even have the courtesy to tell me themselves - I had to find out through a friend who was in the same situation. I would not recommend anyone to live at Unilodge. The convenience is really the only thing it has going for it... other than that you're just overpaying for a terrible living experience.

  I lived there for 1 month which costed me around $1500. Very clean and tidy units. They have gym, pool and lots of coffees around. Broadway shopping centre is just across the road.
