  To top it all off... we paid the hotel for an onsite parking space that didn't exist. We spiraled the entire multilevel car park, went round the block to quickly park out the front to ask reception where the park is and just told us to go park in the residence's visitors space in another parking lot.

  Nice apartment, really nice view of the bridge. Secure car parking for a reasonable $25 per night. Staff are extremely friendly and I enjoyed my stay there.

  So disappointing, paid for 2 breakfast only to be told that only covers one person. Had to pay for parking. Room old. View is good though.

  Nothing to complain about. Booked last minute to be close to the Kookaburra Cruises and still got a good deal. Lovely room and good service. Would stay again.

  Location was great for dining on Eagle St Pier, but the hotel itself was pretty disappointing for the price paid. The bathroom in our room had a 'public toilet' feel to it with the extreme fluorescent lighting and scummy edged shower. There was also a discarded old mop outside our room that smelt strongly of mould/mildew which made the entire floor stink (including our room).

  Some rooms excellent, some terrible. Move if yours isn't good. Internet can be amazing or terrible. View can be great. Well located. Good amenities- clothes washer, kitchen, gym. Pool was being maintained while I was there.
