  Paid for parking on arrival with cash and received a slip to put into car. Tried to charge me for parking the next day. Requested double bed and got two singles. We were told it was a double. Bathroom fittings didn't work properly and are needed to be replaced.

  The staff were friendly... The satisfaction started and ended there... The balconies were not clean, there was not enough water to fill the tub, I had to get the maintenance man to come up twice to help me with the washing machine,, The jug coed was only long enough to work in one power point which was no where near the kitchen facilities... Holes in the elevators,,, food was of course overpriced... Not to mention the fact they sent me a message to politely tell me I could check out two hours later for the cost of 50 dollars .. and that was the good stuff that happened to me last weekend... seriously ... how is the mantra still in business???

  Very clean and modern, perfect size and design for the apartment unit. Only drawbacks were the slow service at peak time for check-in, there was 1 person. And really slow elivators.

  The staff were amazing and helped assist me when I wasn't sure where to go for my conference. The building was clean and tidy.

  Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Only gripe is the parking ... not easy if you drive a big car
