  I have stayed here many times & the customer service is first class. Friendly & so very helpful & always very accomodating to any requests. The rooms have been very tastefully renovated in the last month & are very clean, bright, comfortable & have all your needs for a nights stay or a week. I will be coming back here anytime I am in Brisbane.

  We could hear people in and out of their rooms until 1:30am. Door closing loudly echo's through the room. Could hear people talking. Air con didn't appear to work. The spa didn't look clean enough to use. Wouldn't stay there again. Definitely not suited for special needs kids.

  New management was friendly and accomodating, good free wifi coverage, cool palm trees and nice shaded area to sit outside. Rooms where clean, $4 large washing machine, free dryer, close to city. Was pet friendly.
