  Disappointed with the quality of product. After 3 months purchased Tag formula 1 lady. Bracelet not lock.I have to return for service So annoy because it is expensive broken so quick. Good thing they have great service. Good friendly staff and helpful.

  Took a watch in to have the glass replaced. Constantly had to follow up regarding progress of job. Held by store for a month (including Christmas period) to finally receive a text to say it was ready for collection with a price only to go and collect to find it was not repaired at all because they could not order the part.

  I would have appreciated a call from the person I had been dealing with regarding this matter explaining that they couldn't get the part rather than going in-store expecting to pick up a fixed watch.

  Yesterday I took my Skagen watch to the repair counter in Queen St and asked the repair guy to change the battery. He took the watch, fiddled with a gadget and the watch then told me the battery was fine so, in his opinion, the watch needed a service. He quoted $160. I said it was too much then he offered to take it as a trade-in on a watch in the store. I thought that odd so said no deal. Today I took the watch to a watch repair in Toowong. It cost $16.50 for a new battery and the watch is running now fine. Go figure

  Where is my watch? I took my watch there just to replace for a new battery on 16 Dec 2016, and I still haven't been able to get it back. I had been there once in Jan 2017 and they told me the parts was on its way. I have also called last week once and twice yesterday, but no one had called me back to give me an update. When I spoke to them last week, I clearly told them that I was going overseas, so I need to get it back this weekend. So I will have to follow up today again, hopefully they will at least speak to me.

  My Partner and I have spent a lot of money over the years with this Company and the Head Sales person tonight Laura treated us terribly.. I dont know if she had a Bad day but My Partner bought a new watch and the sales lady was Rude, Pushy and didnt want to be there...
