    I ordered some flowers for my mother in-law for her birthday. The ordering process was simple and the flowers were delivered on time and gorgeous. My mother in-law loved them and said everyone that saw them commented how beautiful they are and how lovely they smell.

    No response. No refund. For no product. Only crooks here, go to one of the other florists nearby (there are many to choose from).

    I placed an order for my fiancee while she was in Brisbane for business. Spring Hill contacted me days later to tell me that the item I'd ordered was no longer available. Since my fiancee flew out less than 12 hours later I told them I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. Now they won't respond to me.
