  Shadforth Financial Group is an independent financial adviser run along very professional lines. They have managed our financial resources for about 12 years and have acted as financial adviser for a further 12 years before that. In that time SFG has provided us with consistent advice and very good service. They have the latest forecasting computing programmes and are thus able to keep us in the picture about our steady future. Our particular financial adviser is both charming and excellent at her job. She has the courage to tell us clearly what her opinion is about certain strategies and her timing with the need for adjustments related to our investment ratio is spot on. She is supported by a project manager who does all the paperwork and technical work with competence and courtesy; indeed courtesy is characteristic of all Shadforth staff we have ever met.

  The most important feature of their financial planning system is that, because of their careful choice of forecasting factors there always has been a better result between forecast and actual over a period of time. I have come to call this the Shadforth factor. In the last two years that Shadforth factor has been significant. That result gives us the greatest confidence about our long term future and allows us to enjoy what we have worked for throughout our earlier lives. I have no hesitation in giving them the highest possible score in this review.

  Worst customer service - especially in the Sydney office
