  What a disgrace!!!!!! absolutely shocking service!!!!! after wasted couple of hours trying to lodge my application through their so called time saving online service designed by someone with permanent brain damage, the only thing I could say to those bunch of imbeciles is come kiss my YELLOW ARES!!!

  Low quality service. No enough information online to let you well prepared. The guy at the front, are you a security guard or visa centre officer? Why on earth do you screen my forms with a long face. Smile mate, you are servicing people!

  I have been to lots of visa centers and here is great! Just like the one in Sydney China Visa center but Brisbane is even better because they let you in the lift before 9:00am so you don't have to wait outside. Today I visited to renew my Chinese business visa and I got there early at 8:45am and already there was a cue of 6 people. Once inside, I waited 15 minutes and because I had all my documents sorted, it just took a few minutes and the lady at the counter was very good. She was helpful and even the nice security man helped me photocopy for free the pages I forgot!!! My passport page and visa. If you are prepared, you WON"T have problems so read up the info on their website, download the application form, their sample invitation if needed and all is sweet. I can tell you, even the Aussie visa at the embassies overseas can be a real trick to get help sometimes so I'm very happy with my experiences both at this Brisbane and Sydney centers. Thank you!!!

  Honestly this place is ridiculous. No one knew what kind of visa I needed to get to just walk through the airport. They all sat there and talked to each other for 10 minutes trying to decide what I needed. They finally said "we think this is the one you need" but they didn't know for sure. This is the visa office and they are supposed to know the visas and apparently they don't. When I called back the next day, the lady literally yelled at me because I was asking if there was a way to find out if the visa they had me apply for was the right one. She was asking me "WHAT DO YOU WANT?!!?!" And I said again "I want to make sure this is the right..." she interrupted me and yelled that she doesn't want to talk to me anymore and hung up. I received the visa, and I won't know if they gave me the right visa until I am already in China and I will see if they will let me transit through. The unprofessionalism there is jaw dropping. I would suggest paying the little extra money to go to one of the third party companies who will provide better service and know what they are talking about.

  Update. Went to this place again for my daughter's visa today 25/10/2017. No surprise, i was knocked back again because they told me to prepare my own passport copy and my daughter's passport copy. Where the hell could I find these requirements beforehand? Skipped lunch, hopped on bus to city, just to be turned away again. Pathetic!

  Booked online for appointment re applying for Chinese Visa application in Brisbane. Had heard various not so good issues with delays etc. Arrived at 11.45 am approx for 12-1pm appointment. Checked in at door with arrival guy and noticed all the people waiting and thought "Oh No". Told him we had booking between 12-1pm. We got a number and were served and out the door and having a beer at the local by 12pm. Love them - they are wonderful. Book online first guys!
