  These guys were great. Called up and they had a car that day, ready for me when I picked up. Not pushy with the insurance and roadside (which I would always take anyway). Got the deposit back within three days. Will go again next time

  The car was covered with water and bubbles when handed to us. After its dried the glass screen is full of water stain, so we didnt' notice the chip on the glass screen until when we return and the service man pointed out. Then we was charged excessivly.

  Good service, but beware of the smooth talking chaps at the counter. They try to upsell you packages you may not want! They tried to include a full tank of petrol at a cheaper rate, and not fully explaining what it means.

  Essentially, you pay for a full tank, but if you return it half full, too bad. Stick with filling up before returning it and you won't go wrong.

  My first experience with Hertz was great. Returned the car today (picked up from Brisbane airport) and was very satisfied with the guy who handled the returns. Friendly and efficient, he was a top bloke!

  WARNING Remember to take photos of the car when handed to you, otherwise you're likely to be charged for the damage that is not made by yourself

  One thing to point out, initially we booked fhr other car, however the service man promoted and recommended this damaged car. I strongly feel being tricked.
