  Superb customer service!!! I went in with a flat tyre and they pumped it for me no charge, I was amazed at the phenomenal collection of bikes they have for any price bracket... Christmas is coming and I want a new bike!!!

  Arrived later than expected in Brisbane and there was no problem holding on the rental bike for an extra day and as we were leaving early on Monday morning the arranged to collect bike from apartment. Thanks Sharon for travel info on Phillip island brilliant trip

  Being an avid cyclist I wanted to have a decent bike on which to tour and explore Brisbane on two wheels. Bike Obsession was located near by where I was staying so I walked in to see about renting a couple of bikes for myself and my Son. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even invited us to share a few beers after they closed shop for the day. The bikes where in top shape and adjusted perfectly. Each bike came with everything needed (Pumps, spare tube and tool) which took the stress out of things. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for renting either a full blow road race bike or a more comfortable touring bike. I'll be back to rent again on my next visit to Brisbane.

  These guys are fantastic, I would absolutely recommend them. I came in to buy a bike to use for the year I was living in Brisbane, and they were very knowledgeable and honest about helping me find just what I needed without trying to oversell. Twice I came in with a last-minute service need that was beyond what they normally could have committed to doing in the same day, and both times they worked extra hard and made it happen anyway - for which I am eternally grateful! Wonderful husband and wife-owned business. Thank you so much, guys!
