  I love the beautiful decor and the way the staff look after you. This is a wonderfully soothing and relaxing place to come to get a beauty treatment or massage done (or any number of their beautiful treatments). And is a stress-free place to come to get away from the busy-ness of life for awhile. I love it and I will always frequent Sakura for my beauty needs.

  I have been seeing Isa at Sakura for a couple of years now and am always so happy with what she does. I have a chronic illness that causes a great deal of pain and need to be treated with kid gloves. Isa is always very gentle with me when I regularly go in to have my half leg waxing and underarm waxing done.

  Just recently I had a very gentle massage done by another staff member and she was super gentle with me. It was wonderful and not too much for my sensitivities. I told them it needed to be like butterfly kisses and that's exactly what I got!

  Updated Review: after not being able to get a hold of the spa and leaving a review about it, had a wonderful call from the Spa owner apologising about it the and emphasizing on the importance of customer service to them. It is really great to see an Australian business care so much about their customers and I cant wait to go try their great services that everyone speaks so highly of!
