  I was part of a pre-organised Group of 100+ people who have been visiting the venue for 25years and when we arrived the single male bouncer refused entry to our entire group, there to celebrate Christmas WOW.

  Went to a private Christmas party here and the view was fantastic! The private bar couldnt keep up with demand but the location and atmosphere made up for it. We had little canapès which were very tasty and the staff serving them were friendly.

  Not only have they missed out on a large amount of revenue, respect was lost for the business who were unprofessional at a time of year quality customer service is critical.

  I've seen some of the guards be a little heavy handed /rude on the weekends, but they've got to put up with a lot of.. stuff, personally I've never had a problem.

  Avoid, terrible food, over priced drinks and very rude staff. There are much better options for a night out on eagle St.

  Never been more offended in my life. Security number 666 looked at myself and my partner and refused entry because we are gay. He said we weren’t allowed in unless we proved we were straight by kissing the group of girls that were in the line behind us. Absolutely DISGUSTED by the mindset of this human especially in this day and age. Thankfully group behind us and others surrounding stood up for us and spoke their minds to him. We have NEVER been treated so appallingly and could not recommend this behaviour or establishment to anybody.

  Go here often, the bar staff are super friendly & they have some good food & drink specials during the week ($6 espresso martinis at happy hour). Laid back atmosphere during the week but definitely gets hectic on the weekend.
