  I have attended this GPO for a number of different reasons. Each time I have found the staff to be helpful, patient and courteous. It is spacious area with a logical layout and likely has any product or service I would require of a post office.

  I had a very bad experience after talking to one of the customer service persons at the counter on 25/08/2017. The name on his name tag was Neil. He was very rude to me. I'm deeply disappointed. I just wanted to check what happened to letter I sent through the registered post two moths ago. Since when I check online it says the letter is still on transit. So I just wanted to check what happened to it and if he could check anything using the tracking no I had. The service he provided was really unprofessional.

  I went to purchase an Australia, as the name suggests they post Australia's, but to my surprise they weren't able to provide this. Still had a good time, but I didn't get any kangaroos so that's why I gave it 4 stars.

  The best post office Ive ever had to deal with, great staff, willing to help find the cheapest postage and quality service.

  Relatively long queues for a post office of their size. CBD location demands faster service. No Pens to be found! Everybody was waiting for someone to finish so that they could borrow a pen. Such a basic thing for a post office.
