  On the night of Tuesday the 12th stepped into the station with a written statement and printed evidence, hope they'll press charges against my ex who has conducted sexual assault and abuse, also has been overstaying in Australia for 3 years and all they did was sending me away and refused to do their job, sent me to court and the court sent me to legal aid and guess what ? They sent me back to the police. The staff avoided to do their job due to pure carelessness and sleaziness, if you guys wanna stop domestic violence maybe learn to at least care ? Which I placed the papers in front of them all they did was turning me down and didn't even go through a single bit, you do not deserve the power you have. What made it worse was having extra two males being insensitive.

  It have been a while since I placed a foot in a police station . Between South American and North America or even in Brisbane Region until I was at this station yesterday. The officer Matthew Armbruster was extremely helpful and sympathetic as well as the officer who help us all the way. Thank you very much for the well done service. I and and my family really appreciate as we all were tired and grumpy. You guys made us feel great and made the process we were there for painless. This type of service is the type many take for grant as they know no other service. Thanks again.

  Avoid this station unless in a life or death emergency (even then, I'd think twice).

  Horrendous customer/public service. A prime example for peoples dislike of the Queensland police force. The civilian receptionist, an elderly male, was extremely arrogant and obnoxious.
