  machine wouldn't take my card. So spent 10 minutes with assistance only to have him scream through the intercom like a psycho while I had my kids with me. Nothing wrong with my card and had plenty of money $3 for 20 minutes, I took roughly 25 minutes so had to pay $18,60 only for the machine not to take my debit card. Came back from ATM having to pay $36 + ridiculous never had issues with any other payment machines . Please talk gently through the intercom next time. And having gI've me Help number that didn't even work. $36 for under half an hour. Rip off.

  Stupid useless over priced place. Ludicrously expensive weekend parking and it takes 7 levels before the casual parking actually lets you take a space. For $20 weekend parking I’d expect better spots. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time with this rip job.

  A little difficult to find the entrance first time, but if you prebook the parking it’s a lot cheaper than any other parking in brisbane

  Thievery at Southpoint, you have one hour free parking for shopping at Southpoint and if you exceed this by 30 minutes you are charged $20.60, probably the most exorbitant charge anywhere , Do not park at Southpoint for shopping at Woolworths because 5 minutes excess will cost you $20.60, worst case of parking theft anywhere.
