After calling the person to help me, she was so rude and started yelling at me. Not only did she yell at me but she yelled at the other 6 people who had the same problem as me saying that she would not let us out without any payment.

I prebooked my parking and paid $6 at 140 Elizabeth Street - followed all the directions to the address but when it came to leaving the car park the super unhelpful woman told us that 140 Elizabeth Street Secure park is not in fact located at 140 Elizabeth Street - apparently it was Wintergarden Secure car park and we had to pay further $12 !?!?!? Seriously?!? Can you make it more confusing at all?? Especially being the same company?!?! I'm just curious now where 140 Elizabeth Street Secure Park is located then if it's not at 140 Elizabeth Street?????? Any answers would be appreciated!!!!!!! As well as a refund!!!!!

I did not care for a refund and didn't dispute the matter at all; I simply suggested that they take extra precautions since it's really difficult to get out of the parking after realising you're in the wrong one (ie. when your reservation number doesn't work on the screen after driving up an extremely narrow ramp).

The response was absolutely horrendous. The staff member, Sam by name, stated that they clearly state in the booking confirmation email not to go to the Wintergarden parking so they wont be held liable for my mistake and the wrong GPS directions.

They are constantly changing early bird parking. I normally come in and use it once in a blue moon and I used to validate on the B5 or B6 levels and it was fine. Now, they do not tell you until you get in there it's online only...

It's way too expensive for parking if you are not using early bird parking, which I find amazing because I can park at the Domestic Airport for less for 24 hours.

Very spacious parking spots. Central location but a bit on the expensive side of the spectrum for CBD parking.

This company has the most horrible customer service I have ever had to deal with. After reserving a spot and ending up driving to the wrong parking, I informed Secure Parking with the confusion that the GPS gets lost on that busy road and guides people to the wrong Secure Parking. I suggested a sign be put on the outside of both buildings stating which is the Wintergarden Parking and which is the 140 Elizabeth St parking because it's hard to tell when both parking lots are within 200m of each other.

That to me says that many drivers are having this problem and it really is confusing. What have they done about it? Build a scam and steal money off the people, making them pay double for reserved parking spots. I wouldn't have cared about the $11 until this arrogant Sam person thought he'd share his two cents.

The worst parking experience of my life. I tried to pay for parking with 3 different cards and none of them worked. I definitely had enough money in all my cards too. Not only did the machine not accept my cards but it didnt even accept the parking ticket.

The machine is broken, no one was able to pay and the machine didn't even accept the parking ticket. How is it logical to yell at the customer?
