  My colleagues and I were located on the 13th floor. The location of the hotel and the view of the Story Bridge was fantastic. My only real complaint was my bed, which felt like the springs were giving way. I am a small person and felt like I was falling into a hole in the bed. Otherwise, everything was great. The desk staff were extremely helpful our whole stay.

  Convenient location, a nice clean room and the beds were very comfortable. The facilities looked very nice but our quick stay meant we didn't have time to enjoy them unfortunately - the parking was easy although a little difficult to identify which were for guests or residents. The wine and birthday card left in our room was a really nice touch! We would definitely stay again.

  Excellent experience...from the greeting receptionist to the accomodation...excellent views...handy to shops & restaurants....No daily make up of our room but this was not an issue
