  Nice rooms. Nice hotel. Nice staff. Not much of a bar, no balcony, not much of a view. We did enjoy our stay though!

  The staff here are incredible. Everyone from the concierge, to the in-room dining staff, to the manager have been so kind and helpful. The room was both clean and comfortable. And the hotel is centrally located with easy access to museums, restaurants, and the river.

  I guess for a little more I could even get a room for my car at some hotels around the city. Makes you wonder why they do it because I'm not likely to return anytime soon.

  The valet remembered it was our anniversary as well. Thoughtfulness is definitely a key standout point for us. Late check out was very much appreciated and all the amenities in the room were top notch.

  Overall a pleasant stay. The check in and check out process seem less. Room was basic but pleasant and clean and I did choose the standard room. Breakfast was decent.

  Was here on an overnight stay for business. Loved the fact it was a short walk from the office. More so, being so close to Queens Street mall and some great eateries. Rooms are modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

  The original room booked overlooked construction, so a different room was given to us. Very much appreciate the thoughtfulness of reception to take that into consideration.
