    It took a complaint to my local member to finally get these people to actually start to look into my problem. Blew me off at the first opportunity. They do not look into anything if they can avoid it. The only thing they will do is provide you with poor advice

    They are completely useless. Didnt fix my complaint and a useless tradesman got away with taking my money for a terriable quality service.

    What a joke. I needed urgent advice due to the warranty of my car as i needed a dangerous fault fixed asap. They refused to put me through because they were concentrating on cyclone Debbie 'victims'. I understand they have priority, but flat out refusing to put me through is disgusting.

    Only a 5 minute wait on the phone, got excellent advice about who to contact regarding our issue. Nice to know there are free government services like this.
