    Went into the Brisbane City store on Wednesday 6/12/2017. Was served by an Australian lady (sorry, don’t remember her name) but I can honestly say the best customer service I have ever received in any store, ever. Thank you. Will be going back.

    Be aware of their exchange policy, they are very petty. They don't do downgrades, only upgrades. So if you are ever buying a gift, it's best to buy a cheaper version just in case you have to go back and exchange it for something different.
