  Absolutely no customer service regarding their own call centre's after been on hold twice today (15th December) & both calls were well over the 1 hour plus, as all we wanted to do was lodge a simple CTP claim.

  Great service....NOT! that's why we don't even have insurance with Allianz with hearing multiple complaints from friends & family members.

  The claim process was obviously time consuming having to list everything in my luggage from memory, but I was kept up to date with the process of the claim throughout. It was slightly drawn out but completely worth it in the end. The claim was approved after being reviewed and funds were deposited into my account within 2 days. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.

  I made an insurance claim with Allianz after my luggage was stolen in Europe. Luckily I had purchased top cover prior to my holiday (via STA travel, also highly recommend)

  No matter what time of the day you walk past 324 Queen Street, there is always a group of staff in their Allianz polo shirts smoking out the front. It is an extremely poor reflection on Allianz and just disgusting in general.

  Do not listen to the wait time they tell you for a phone call. I was told 3-4 minutes and waited 20 before they answered. Terrible customer service as well.

  Talked into purchasing tyre and rim insurance through Audi and it wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I accidentially scraped two of my mags badly in an underground carpark. Took my vehicle to a wheel repairer and tried calling Allianz 3 times. After being cut off twice and waiting on the phone for almost 45 minutes I was told I didnt have a claim!
