    The mhrt is not a court. If you are in the community even on a forensic order then you are free. If you have been found not guilty that's the end of it. If you have to see a psychiatrist you Dont have to go. They can't call the police to bring you back in. Unless you are in hospital then the police can have a return to hospital policy but if you are on a community corrections order its not a crime to b
