    Can't reach anyone most of the time. They don't like do be bothered with phone calls in the morning, so they want you to call in the afternoon, but only in a very short time span. You must be very lucky, if someone actually answers the phone then. Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky ones. Who will answer any questions? When? I don't know...

    Un-professional, loosing documentations, phone msg indicate call hours and calls are never attended. Time- wasters.

    This is the worst consulate and shows German bureaucracy . No one is responding to emails and don't bother trying to call them. They are supposedly taking phone inquiries from Monday-Friday from 1pm - 3pm , however, one gets only an answering machine without the chance leaving a message!! I wasted over 1 week so far trying to speak with someone or at least get an email response!

    Sure you have to deal with German Bureaucracy but as long as you have all the information together it's a smooth process. Staff are friendly and helpful.
