  I spoke to a Ludovico and I found him very helpful and pleasant. Would only speak to him if I need to ring again. Its not always easy when you don't speak Italian fully. He speaks English very well.

  Worst service ever. If you don’t need to go there to get a visa, please be warned not to. Their lack of customer service, and long extended waiting period is mind blowing. A total waste of time.
