  This shop use to be the best shaver shop in qld staff here are really rude and don't know there warranty let alone products everytime I buy something they seem to have new staff back a few years the shaver shop was really good when the old fella were running it talk to the girl standing there she was really hestent to swap over a base for my water pick that had a dint in it from when it was made class as a fault by Panasonic which just a swap over if within a week I use to work at Harvey Norman I know the retail laws in cought them out this time shame they don't know the laws just stand there and sell very dissatisfied with the customer service here don't waste ur time here garden city and pacific fair have better customer service also I should note this how they treat there regular customers if keep being like this I take my business somewhere else seem like they don't need my business here in brisbane city
