  Lovely store. Was in an old building. The staff were super courteous as expected. Maybe not as tech savvy as their counterparts in the US or other countries. Pick up of my Macbook Pro was hassle free. The associate was helpful in every aspect.

  Wanted to buy a watch for wife as gift, waited for 15 min by the table nobody approached me though there are some guys in apple red shirt wondering around appear looking for something to do hardly.. Found the girl with ipad, saying I have to register my interest or that's what I suppose to get, ok my fault, so registered my name, waited another 5 or 10 min or so by the table, nicely, the salesman at watch table finished his customer then went straight to another customer who walked in only 5 seconds ago, disappointing experience and very glad I`m not an apple fan....Finally went to Myer got what I want in only 3 min. no need to register my name on any useless ipad before purchasing.

  What a moronic company, they have got too big for there own good. Service is third rate if you are over 30. Their phone service is non existent and they push you onto their web site which sends you around in circles. Under no circumstances should you give this company your credit card details, as they do not have any way of keeping it safe, they are too busy elsewhere to worry about your money. Go buy a Samsung or anything but Apple rubbish - if you have a problem with Apple, you are alone.

  Things get crazy here when they are super busy, but I’ll base this review on my recent visit. It is so simple to order an iPhone online the night before, and pick it up at the store at a time you choose. Staff were friendly and eager to help. The store offers free information sessions called ‘today at Apple’, covering a variety of topics. It is very spacious and well designed. I give it five stars if one visits during a relatively quiet time!

  I had issues with my MacBook that is out of warranty. For the issue, I would have had to pay AUD 136+. However, the friendly staff immediately took care of it within the reservation time free of charge. Thumbs up for Apple service!
