  Staff are great but the way the store is run is frustrating. I just wanted to get some shoes in my size but all the stock is kept out back so you have to wait til the people before you are served so you can ask if they have your size. They need a bigger shoe department so they can stack all sizes out for customers to go through.

  Went last week to treat myself to some Christmas shopping... DJs appear to have lost the art of the meaning of customer service... paid for my goods and went to leave the store via the lifts... the alarm went off when I passed the security thingys... went back to the counter and happened to remark that the lady who served me seemed to process the transaction a bit too quick, only to get some punk upstart tell me that the server was very busy so i should be grateful they served me... the bloody store was empty! Went to leave again and the alarm went off again... some other staff member asked if I was leaving the store to which I said yes... his advice, she’ll be right just get in the lift... I said are there any more security screens? To which he said yes, so I said we need to sort this out here then don’t you think... finally sorted after my 3rd trip to a counter which left me feeling fairly flat over the experience... a day later I opened a marzipan stollen that I had bought... no marzipan and as dry as buggery... over priced, over hyped, and surviving on the memory of how they used to be... because in Brisbane at least...they are nothing!
