  Ive stayed at 5 5-star hotels in the last month and didnt bother to leave a review - however the complimentary bottles of water in the car by valet and the overall attention to detail by the staff forced my hand here.

  Such a wonderful place to stay and dine! The staff were so lovely and were extremely helpful. The room was divine and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Every member of staff greeted us with a smile, even though it was quite busy! The Lab Restaurant and Bar is a must for breakfast: the eggs benedict was perfection.

  Food was delicious though it’s a bit pricey 360 for a crabs? Not much average people can afford it, I can have same food quality for more than half a price. The staff was friendly though which was a good thing. Good entertainment. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Brisbane.

  Went for a quick meal, having never been there before. It was recommended by an acquaintance. The place felt calm. We had a seafood combo in the cafe part, downstairs. Not bad, not great, but OK.

  When to fat duck for a drink and dinner and it was full. The wait was expected to be 40mins to an hour. We promptly left this was on a Monday night on the lead up to Christmas. So if you're looking to go here I suggest you book ahead. The decor is lovely and the staff friendly. It was a pity we had to go elsewhere for our meals after having drinks at the bar.

  Stayed in a casino suite. Received complimentary valet parking - presumably because i booked an additional room for a friend. Concierge was incredible and room service was flawless. Casino/hotel staff were friendly and clearly enjoyed working there.
