  The best customer service I have ever received. I was looked at so well being a female and not knowing much about bikes. The whole team took great care of me and, very competitive prices. AND the best range of socks around. If you are into cycling, this shop is a one stop shop and has everything you need.

  Purchased my bike through the store, detailed full bike fit and advice throughout. I've visited the store a few times for kit, always well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

  I called up this store, looking for a particular bike and thankfully, they had the exact one I wanted. All throughout the conversation with the salesman, they told me that they CANNOT hold a bike for anyone without a deposit. When I called to tell them that I'd take the bike, they informed me that they had allowed a gentleman to put 2 bikes on hold for absolutely nothing. I was ready to pay for the bike and take it home with me, but because this other customer was a good friend of the store manager, he was allowed special treatment. After numerous calls, they couldn't tell me when they'd stop holding the bike and free it up for someone that actually wanted to buy it. Terrible business practice, the salesmen that I spoke to were extremely unprofessional, definitely would look to go to ANY other Giant shop around

  Friends of our have just opened the new Giant signature store at Circular Quay. Finally got around to visiting and it is amazing! This photo is only the women's section, with our own change room!! Heaps of stock from bikes, clothing, shoes and they even have the very first design your own Oakley's sunglasses kiosk. How I made it out of there without a new something I have no idea. If you like to cycle, man or woman then this place is worth a visit.

  Purchased a bike for my daughter on Saturday. Great service and advice, Great product. Go and see them if you want or need a new bike you will be a happy customer.
