  We paid $130 for one nights accommodation and were shocked to see $20 per night parking. This adding nearly 15% of the total cost was a surprise, seeing as all other hotels I've stayed at in Brisbane have been free parking for guests. However after making a complaint this fee was waived. Customers should be made aware of exuberant parking fees upon booking. The room and bathroom was nice and clean, the pool and gym had a good view on the roof. The breakfast buffet was good as breakfast buffets go. We didn't try the restaurant or room service as they were too expensive. The staff were nice pointing the direction of 711 and resetting our room card that got wiped due to proximity to my phone.

  Attended for a professional conference. Food and amenities were great, the buffet breakfast specifically is fantastic. Function rooms and facilities were excellent.

  I've started a couple of times since the refurbishment - they've done a nice job. The rooms on the western side have a lovely view all the way to the mountains. The rooms I've stayed in have been very comfortable - King sized bed, two seater couch, and a small desk. TV has a few channels - free to air and three Foxtel. You can buy movies for $16. Bathrooms have been small but absolute fine - large shower. Coffee machine in the room as well with a few free pods. Nice touch.

  Friendly staff. Clean and modern room. Plenty of its own car parkings which is the best in busy city for a traveller. Love the restaurant. And very good price. Will go back again.

  The property is amazing. Modern rooms with a big tv and a great comfortable bed. Also attended a conference which they had fantastic conference facilities.
