  I am not a customer and won't become one whilst The Commonwealth Bank continue to fund coal projects and not make positive contributions to climate change. $3.9 billion was invested last year in fossil fuels, apparently the biggest funders in Australia. It is way overdue to review their climate change policies and start investing in clean energy for the sake of our children, our grandchildren and so on. Stop investing in coal projects Commonwealth Bank, start investing in a cleaner future.

  Bank works great, but this particular branch is always full. I haven't been able to solve any of my problems at this bank because waiting times are usually around 1 hour.

  I'm with commonwealth bank for many years now. Never had a bad experience with customer service. Everyone here done a great customer service. Thank you very much for your support. Everytime I had problems they give me full support. Thank you

  Not enough staff to serve the enquiring customers. Expect long waiting times to get serviced (30~45 min). 1 star for the free drink from the cafe inside.
