  Extortion to the nth degree. Was there for 1 hour, 58 minutes.(across the road for a place recruitment seminar). Tried to pay, machine kept coming up w error. 2 hours clicked, $65!!!. Tried to press button for receipt, wouldn't work. Wasn't the only one that was very angry & disappointed. Prices need to be better signed BEFORE you enter.

  ANZ HAS THE WORST TELEPHONE AND INTERNET BANKING SERVICE. HAVE BEEN WAITING TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THE RIGHT PERSON FOR NEARLY 2 HOURS. THEY JUST HANG THE PHONE SAYING " WE ARE TOO BUSY. CALL LATER" INCREDIBLE!!!! IF YOU CAN AVOID DEALING WITH THIS BANK DO IT!! RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!!

  The essential facilities are mostly there but.... It's quite obviously in dire need of a revamp. So many travellers pass through this building and it is part of their memories of Brisbane. What an embarrassment to show to the world.

  The parking is dramatically more expensive than any of the other parking areas nearby on a weekend. We ended up there as there was a road closed where we intended to park, and I assumed that the parking rates would be comparable to nearby lots managed by the same company. Over $70 for three hours on a Sunday is beyond a rip off. I would NEVER park here again. The other lots I had looked at online were all under $15 for Sunday parking.
